Child eating walnuts in car

Wally was getting a little tired of being in the car the other day, so we gave him a 1 oz. Snack Pack to snack on and keep him entertained.

Wally is two years old and VERY hard to trick into eating new foods, but this attempt was a success!

These little snack packs are the perfect road trip companion. Walnuts are not only great for your little's diet, packed with Omega 3s, but they also work as a hunger suppressant when you are on the go and aren't ready for a pit stop. Walnuts in grocery stores are usually mostly larger walnuts halves, but these packs are full of walnut pieces that are smaller and perfect for little fingers and mouths making them much easier for kids to chew on.

The California Walnut Board has done an excellent job in publishing all the fantastic health benefits walnuts have! Check it out at: www.walnuts.org
