Banana Walnut Baked Oats

This recipe is meant to be the perfect fall breakfast. Baked oats are a balanced meal that give you steady energy and have a plethora of nutrients thanks to walnuts. This is fast, easy, and minimal cleaning, I hope you enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

2 ounces of Go a Little Nuts walnuts

2 cups of oats

2 cups of milk (of choice)

2 tbsp of protein yogurt

1 tbsp baking powder

1-2 ripe bananas

1 tsp vanilla extract 

2 tsp cinnamon

Handful of chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

Step 1:
Mix together all listed ingredients into a blender, only using 1 ounce of walnuts.

Step 2:
After blending until smooth, pour contents into an 8x8 baking dish.

Step 3:

Top with sliced bananas, 1 ounce of walnuts, and a handful of chocolate chips.

Step 4:
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with vanilla protein yogurt (if you want), Enjoy!
