If you haven’t tried baked oats, this is your sign to! These Brownie Walnut Baked Oats taste exactly like brownies but they’re easy to make, protein dense, and have no added sugar 🥳
This whole recipe comes together in less than 30 minutes and is perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/4 cup Go a Little Nuts Walnut Pieces!
- 1/2 banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (we used a chocolate protein shake, to add more protein into this)
- 1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Add all listed ingredients into a blender, leaving out only the chocolate chips and walnuts, then blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ramekin or small baking dish, using non stick spray if needed. Top with walnuts and chocolate chips
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until you can poke with a fork that comes out clean.
