These banana bites are delicious, and will seriously take you less than 10 minutes to make. You could eat these as is or freeze them for a summer sweet treat ☀️
Ingredients:
1 whole, ripe, banana
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup Go a Little Nuts Walnuts
Instructions:
Step 1:
Slice banana into desired size.
Step 2:
Pour chocolate chips and coconut oil into a bowl to melt in microwave (or stovetop). Put into microwave for 15-30 seconds at a time, stirring each time. Once fully melted, remove.
Step 3:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip bananas into chocolate, then lay onto sheet.
Step 4:
Top with Go a Little Nuts walnuts, freeze if desire (recommended.)
