Below is a recipe for a protein pasta salad.

Ingredients:
16 ounces pasta
1lb chicken
1/2 cup Go a Little Nuts Walntus
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup cucumber
1 cup red onion
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup salami
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup asiago/parmesan shaved cheese mix
Balsamic vinaigrette
Onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste. (measure with your heart)
Instructions:
Step 1:
Start by cooking pasta, then placing in fridge to cool.
Step 2:
Dice and cook chicken, using olive oil and all seasoning mentioned above.
Step 3:
Dice all veggies listed, then mix together in large bowl.
Step 4:
Add in chilled pasta, and fully cooked chicken. Mix well.
Step 5:
Add cheeses, dressing, and seasoning. Mix well.
Step 6:
Store in fridge for 2-4 days. Enjoy!
