Chocolate Walnut Easter Nests
Happy Easter!
Celebrate the season with these adorable and delicious Chocolate Walnut Easter Nests. Made with melted chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and chopped walnuts, these treats are topped with colorful mini chocolate eggs and perfect for springtime snacking. No baking needed, and they come together in minutes!
Chocolate Walnut Easter Nests
Ingredients:

2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Mini chocolate eggs (like Cadbury Mini Eggs or similar)
Instructions:

Melt the chocolate & peanut butter:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted. -
Add the walnuts:
Stir in the chopped walnuts and vanilla extract (if using) until the mixture is evenly coated and slightly thickened. -
Shape the nests:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the paper and shape into little nests with a small indent in the center. -
Top with chocolate eggs:
While the nests are still soft, gently press 2–3 mini chocolate eggs into the center of each one. -
Chill to set:
Place the nests in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm. -
Serve and enjoy!
