Halloween has passed but we weren’t ready to give up pumpkin season just yet! This Pumpkin Walnut Bread is one the most delicious recipes of all time, and the perfect dessert to share with your friends and family this Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
1 cup Go a Little Nuts Walnuts
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1½ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 can 100% pure pumpkin
½ cup salted caramel chips
Instructions:
Step 1:
Mix together dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
Step 2:
Mix together wet ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
Step 3:
Slowly add dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring constantly.
Step 4:
Add in the salted caramel chips, add more if desired, and ½ ounce of our walnuts!
Step 5:
Spoon mixture into a bread pan.
Step 6:
Once all of the mix is evenly spread into the pan, top with remaining walnuts for the perfect crunch in every bite.
Step 7:
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with frosting and enjoy!
