Nourish bowls are an amazing way to get a ton of vitamins, fiber, and plant based protein into your diet.
Adding one ounce of walnuts to your bowls not only gives it the perfect crunch but also boosts the nutrition! Walnuts are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and amino acids.
1 ounce Go a Little Nuts Walnuts
Chop and roast all of your favorite veggies, and protein of choice. For this bowl, I used all of the ingredients listed above and baked on a baking sheet for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Combine all of the roasted veggies into a bowl, top with your favorite toppings. I used avocado, walnuts, and beets. The walnuts add a nice crunch to every bite.
Drizzle some dressing on top for added flavor, I used pesto and ranch!
